My dream home

There is a minimum two night stay. My place is good for people relocating and business travelers. Very quite neighborhood, this is a non smokers home, but smoking is allowed outside. Home is kept very nice n clean at all times. There are no visitors/ animals allowed, there are 2 separate rooms that is for 1 person per room, and must be verified by Airbnb, have a photo on profile and have reviews from other hosts. The space My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers. Very quiet neighborhood, my home is set up comfortably for guests to rent as if it was an Marriott suite, this is a smokers home, however it must be outside in backyard. but kept very nice n clean at all times. There are no kids allowed and there are 2 rooms that is for one person per room. Also check in and check out times are normally between 4pm-7pm and check out is noon. However, I am flexible with the check in and out, I just ask that you communicate your situation, so I can prepare properly for all guests. Guest access Both rooms comes with Wi-Fi, fire stick, washer n dryer, full access kitchen, and washer and dryer, guest toiletries, private locks per room. and mini fridge in each room, very spacious rooms, flat screen tv. A shared bathroom right across from bedrooms, half bathroom downstairs. Backyard smoking only. With PIN code entry. During your stay I’m a very sociable host and resourceful to the area, due to I work from home my quite hours are from 8:30am-5:30pm, I don't mind guest having dinner when I cook and love for guests to feel free to cook as well. Music is ok at a respectful level and time. Other things to note This is a non smokers home, but is allowed outside. And you need to have a photo on profile and verified by Airbnb to be considered. There is street parking, no kids /animals allowed, no parties, no loud music. treat my home respectfully. Also check in is from 4pm-7pm and check out is at noon. If rules are not followed or damages are made you will have to leave with no refund and damage fee of $500
