Please Note: • Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Friday to Friday. •Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted. •However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions. Please note: this is a condominium townhome and is in close proximity to other residences. We ask that guests please observe rules regarding noise and parking so the neighbors are not disturbed. This property may not be suitable for all guests, please call or email if you have any questions about our policies. This recently built spacious townhome is the perfect place for friends and family to enjoy Morro Bay and its great downtown area! This home has a large open floor plan with an upstairs great room and balcony that take advantage of the views, including the famous Morro Rock. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome has a 2 car garage and can easily accommodate a group of 7 adults or a mix of 9 adults and children. It’s only a short walk to downtown Morro Bay, with great restaurants, shops, and the Embarcadero. Home Features: • Open living space on the second floor includes the kitchen, living room, dining room, and access to the large balcony. • Master bedroom is upstairs and features a California King Sized bed with attached master bath • Master bathroom with dual vanity and step in shower • 2nd bedroom is downstairs with 2 full sized beds and a flat screen tv. • 3rd bedroom is downstairs with a twin over full bunk bed, and a twin bed with a flat screen tv. • Hall bathroom downstairs features a shower/tub combination • Wireless internet, DVD player and board games • The balcony off the living room has a propane BBQ and plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean views and views of Morro Rock. • The home has a 2 car garage that is available to guests. • Laundry room with washer and dryer off of the garage for guest use. Checkout Requirements: To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation. Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge. • Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes) • Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins • Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats • Lock all doors and windows • Return any provided keys as instructed Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee. By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies. **Additional Notes: No Smoking and No Pets Check in 4PM. | Check Out 11 AM. Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age, per city ordinance Summer Rentals are Friday to Friday Property Protection Plan provides coverage for accidental damage to the home in lieu of a security deposit. Subject to SLO County Transient Occupancy Tax Permit #STR25-088 Guest access This is a professionally managed vacation rental and the entire home with all listed amenities are available for guest use.
