Home has enough beds to sleep 9 (5 bedrooms). Home has been on AirBnb for over seven years with great reviews. This home is host’s main residence with family. The space Guests get exclusive use of home, backyard, and front of home. Guest access All spaces in home are available for use except a few locked closets, cabinets, pantry, and garage. There is an additional Airbnb above garage that can be rented as well, it is not a shared space, it has it’s own entrance with no shared walls. Other things to note Plenty of parking in front of home for three cars. Cat is indoor/outdoor, very well behaved, no litter box, no animal smells, and has had very little impact on home. The cat will live in garage while there is a stay. No one has complained about her, but I would not recommend house to people with severe cat allergies. Two main bedrooms with full bathrooms: one on first floor with king sized bed and one on upper floor with California King bed. Laundry room is on second floor. Three TVs in home. Gas fireplace, only run for an hour at a time. Guests above garage and in cottage use driveway to park. They have no access to back yard or main house. Keep door in mudroom locked to keep upstairs garage space and main house secure.
