Suite "IVANA"

This suite on the 1st floor of our guest house, in a 19th century mansion, enjoys a privileged, intimate and quiet location. Placed on a hill protected by its walls, LE BALCON overlooks the Cère Valley, and offers an exceptional 180° view of the Auvergne mountains. This bourgeois house in a landscaped park with swimming pool, with no other neighbors than our horses, facing nature, received an illustrious visit, the last Malagasy Queen, RANAVALO 3, in exile in France. The space The Ivana suite, in our LE BALCON residence, has an area of approximately 55 m2. The furniture is from the Napoleon III era, but it has all modern comforts. Wi-Fi, (free), is available throughout the house. The bathroom is in Carrara marble, fully equipped, with bidet and separate toilet. The room is offered to you, in PD, at no extra cost. The TV has a widescreen. A welcome cocktail will be offered, the caipirinha, Jeanne's specialty. Guest access Our guests have access, free of charge, to all the common areas of our residence "LE BALCON". We have 2 kitchens and you can use one of them to prepare your meals. On the ground floor, our 3 living rooms are available for you to relax, watch TV, on a panoramic screen with the CANAL+ program "l'INTEGRAL", listen to music, play the piano, read, or meet with friends... On the side of the pool, baths, towels and deckchairs, but also possibilities to use our BBQ, for your evenings. We also offer our laundry room, and our office with its PC, on the 2nd floor. Parking is complimentary. During your stay We live on site, and are fully available to our guests. During our holidays, relatives represent us, and we have a caretaker's house, adjoining our property. Other things to note Soon, we will have our gym, with bathrooms, and our guests will be able to train freely at no cost. Private or semi-private (paid) SELF-DEFENSE classes, and others, are offered by Thadé, your host, B.E. 2 nd degree teacher, 7 th Dan FFK (Karate, Kobudo, Krav Maga), and KMG School Graduate Expert, in Krav Maga.
