Apt 2: Luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath, steps to beach

This luxury 1st floor apartment was recently remodeled. The Tropic Shores apartments are a quiet, lushly landscaped 16-unit complex and one of the finest properties in Carpinteria. Your apartment, with its own private patio / garden area, is located steps away from one of the the nicest beaches in California. Step on the sand and turn right, and you'll enter a beach area where you and your dog can walk. Other things to note Quiet time after 10:00 pm till 8:00 am.. No smoking of any kind on the property or around property. No parties. Only one pet allowed per apartment and ONLY after landlords approval, please describe your pet. There is a pet fee of $70 plus tax per stay. Also, we don't allow aggressive dog breeds on our property due to safety of our guests & children, and another dogs. Landlords at all times reside on the property as well for the better assistance to our guests.
