For hot days, we provide central a/c. For cloudy days at the beach you can use the community pool and jacuzz! The normal order of things here is sunny, not too hot, not too cold -- they're the kind of days other cities hope to get a few times a year. We are less than 75 yards to the beach! No steps to walk on the sand. We provide 2 parking spots. We are just minutes to the Del Mar Fairgrounds, San Diego County Fair, Del Mar Horse show and Kaaboo. Only 10 minutes to Surf Soccer tournaments at the Polo Fields and the famous Torrey Pines Golf Course, Home of the 2021 US Open! We are 25 minutes from San Diego Airport, the San Diego Zoo, Petco Park, Balboa Park the San Diego Convention center, Sea World and Legoland. The complex is located next the train tracks as it runs up and down the coast. We have never had comments or complaints from this unit as it located away from the tracks towards the west side of the complex. No pets allowed. Our team makes sure you have a vacation ready home!
