Relaxing Family Getaway in Sunny Seabright

Sunny Seabright 3 Bedroom/1 Bath. Affordable, Comfy AND great location. Walking distance to the Boardwalk, Wharf, Harbor, nearby restaurants and bars, and beautiful Seabright Beach. The space Our place on Park Ave consists of 2 separate units. This is the upstairs unit. We do ask that you are mindful of your foot fall, not running or jumping around as there are usually guests staying below. It is a 3 bedroom/1 bath, 1000 sq ft. The kitchen opens up to the living room area and is stocked with all the basic cooking utensils needed and miscellaneous extra's, pots and pans, bowls etc.. There is olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, variety of seasonings, coffee pot with carafe and keurig. (I keep coffee on hand) tea, sugar, and some non perishable snacks. Also dish soap, basic cleaners, hand sanitizer, paper towels, foil, saran wrap. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap (as well as a basket of misc toiletries) We have plenty of board games and cards. The place is perfect for a group of 6-7, 8 max. Guest access There is one spot for parking in the carport. The upstairs unit has a private side yard patio. It is the only place to lock up bikes if guests bring them. So it is possible that the downstairs guests might have to lock up bikes there. Other things to note We have a short term rental permit, #001225, with the City of Santa Cruz which requires the collection and remittance of a 14% city tax on stays less than 30 days.
