Bungalow in St. Augustine

Welcome to "The Hideaway." Enjoy this 2bd/1ba coastal inspired bungalow, stocked and furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind. Enter through a screened porch, and unwind as you step into the main living area - spacious enough for up to six guests, yet exceedingly cozy for a romantic stay for two. Located in Historic Lincolnville - A half mile walk from downtown St. Augustine, and a 10 minute scenic drive to St. Augustine or Vilano Beach. Truly a perfect location and hidden gem. The space The whole house is newly furnished with a king bed in the first bedroom, queen in the second, and a Crate & Barrel pull-out sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space. There is a 65" Samsung Smart TV with a guest Netflix account, and Roku TV filled with channels to watch, as well as speakers to listen to music. The main space is also equipped with Phillips Hue lighting, controllable through the house tablet; dim and change the bulbs any color imaginable to create the perfect mood or setting. The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots and pans, along with coffee during your stay. Outback is perhaps the hidden gem of the bungalow with a spacious, tranquil patio filled with tropical plants and warm lights strung above for a perfect atmosphere daytime or night. There is also a charcoal grill and plenty of outdoor games to play while you're not exploring the city or beaches. You'll find a washer and dryer in the guest bedroom with complimentary detergent if you need to do a load of laundry while you’re here. Guest access I will send you an entry code and instructions the day of check in via text, as well as on the airbnb platform. Other things to note I charge a $40 pet fee per pet per stay for reservations that are three days or less. Any reservation longer than three days will be charged an additional $10 per day per pet starting on the fourth day of the reservation.
