The space This historic stone house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an inviting living room area on the main level; with an eat in kitchen on the lower level (downstairs - basement level) The Living Room: (Main Level) Features 5 long windows that flood the large room with natural light and the original stone wood burning fireplace that highlights the home's historic charm and character. Newly added: 40 inch flat screen TV : includes 250 free channels + streaming apps Boho Chic Master Suite: (Upstairs) Located on the upper level, this inviting suite overlooks the limestone cliffs and wooded landscapes. The spacious room has hard wood floors, two windows providing an abundance of natural light, a queen size bed, vintage dresser with vanity and mirror, as well as two built in closets. *Includes a TV in wall cabinet with a fire stick to access your streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu and others. This suite is directly adjacent to the cozy bathroom (upstairs) featuring a large ornate clawfoot tub. Lavender and Lace Suite: (Upstairs) Located on the upper level, this Jack and Jill style suite offers two adjoining rooms. The lavender room, with hard wood floors throughout, is furnished with a full size bed and 2 built in closets. Includes a TV inside wall cabinet with fire stick to access your streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu etc. The adjoining Lace room features a twin size daybed and one built in closet. Each room has a separate window offering a birds eye view of the magnificent maple trees that adorn the front of the property. Heritage Suite: (Main Level- adjacent to living room) Located on the main level, this traditional styled suite boosts 9 foot ceilings, hard wood floors, a plush queen size bed, vintage dresser, and a large rustic closet complete with custom sliding barn doors. The 6 foot tall windows evoke the old historic charm of the 1800's, offering deep windowsills to curl up with a good book, or take in the beauty of the natural limestone cliffs. Things to Note!!! We have Stairs inside & outside, some uneven terrain. *not ideal for those with mobility issues. Again, this is a Historic House, it was built in the 1830's it is a charming old house with loads of character. Note: New heater installed September 2018. **Pricing on the site is based on guest count, please enter your Total guest count. This allows us to keep pricing reasonable and fair to all group sizes large and small. Guest access Access to the whole house and the outdoor fire pit in the secluded wooded area behind the house. Other things to note There are 2 separate sets of stairs inside the house, one leads down to the kitchen from the living room. The other set leads to the upstairs bedrooms. There are also very old stone steps around the outside of the house, however you can access the upper part of the property through the front yard to avoid the steps.
