Million Dollar View Main Street Galena

Hello there! This historic apartment has been completely renovated. It features exposed original brick, and hardwood floors. This room is equipped with a comfy queen bed, Roku TV with a variety of cable channels, and a kitchen (complete with an oven, stove, microwave, and fridge). Feel free to use any of them! We call it the Million Dollar View! It just been completely renovated. When tearing down walls, we found two old door ways that were plastered over. We took one of the doors that went into the adjacent apartment, and allowed it to become a passage between both. If you were to book this one and The Loft apartment above Main, we could open the doors up for you to have adjoining rooms. Note: Since this is an older building apartment, it does not have individually controlled climate but it is closely monitored by me (Jack) at a comfortable temperature for you! Note: You will hear noise from the street! This is an old/historic building, and sound from Main Street can be heard. That being said, Galena does not have much traffic at night, but some noise may come through. If this listing happens to be booked, I have 5 others in the same building that may have availability! The washer and dryer located in the hallway may also be used. There is also an iron and board in the hallway next to the gray cabinet if needed. Note: This apartment does not have in-unit temperature control, but the temperature is closely monitored by me (Jack). If the temperature in the apartment is not what you would like, I can adjust it for you over my phone. Please reach out to me at any time and I can adjust it promptly! I have the climate control locked, since it controls one half of the building. This is a historical building, and does not have in-unit temperature control. Other things to note The windows are a bit hard to open, and they may not stay open with out something holding them up. There WILL be noise from the street since this apartment has 5 windows. The building is historic (old), and sound does get in. That being said, Galena does not experience heavy traffic at night, and street noise after dark is usually minimal. Please note: This apartment is not individually controlled but it is closely monitored at a comfortable temperature.
