NO SMOKERS Alfa trailer on Kings River (seasonal)

The river is seasonal. Please ask if important to your stay. I DO NOT HOST ANYONE WHO SMOKES AT ALL. Please do not say you will only smoke outside. I do not want the smell of smoke in my units and smokers bring the smell in on their clothes, hair and skin. This is not the Hilton. No chrome and glass. Not classy, just comfortable and roomy. Relaxing country atmosphere. This is COUNTRY. No traffic. Room to walk or ride bikes. You can relax on the dock even when there is no water. The space Quiet and isolated. Parking at door. Large parking area. A good place to rest. Lots of trees. Guest access We are located on Kings River but it is not a full time river. The camp ground area is still very enjoyable to picnic and cook out all year long. Large dock. Other things to note Positively no smoking or drugs. Sad to say some guest have not respected my NO SMOKING policy. Please, please, please do not book from me if you smoke. If you smoke you will be asked to leave and no refund. NO PETS. We have very good well water so you don't have to depend on bottled water. Our campground is on Kings River and the water comes from Pine Flat Dam. It is used primarily for agriculture so the usual months for us to have water is from May to September and that is flexible depending on the rain we get. We never know. We are located on 13 acres between a walnut orchard on one side and an almond orchard on the other. No other houses visible from our place.
