There is always something happening in Prince Edward County or the beautiful Bay of Quinte region. Try the restaurants, wineries, or take a hike! My 2 acre yard on beautiful Presqu'ile Bay is perfect for a week away to forget it all and PEC is an easy 30 min drive. With 3 bedrooms, a den/workspace with a pullout, and 2 full bathrooms, you and your group will have comfort and relaxation. The space We love to entertain family and friends, so we want to have the things that make this easier. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the main living area/back patio are equipped with Sonos, which means your music at the touch of a button. We also have a propane BBQ and wood pellet smoker on the premises for outdoor cooking. There is a fire pit on-premises (we will keep you posted on any fire bans or issues), and central A/C to keep you cool. With a full stock of board games, 2 smart TVs, and a Firestick, you will be able to enjoy time indoors whenever you need a break from the sun. 3 bedrooms + a workspace are available, along with a large basement rec room, comfortable for an air mattress. All towels and sheets are here for you to use. The lake is sand-bottomed and great for swimming and fishing in the summer. The sunny back yard, complete with a deck and new interlock stone patio, is wonderful for an outdoor dinner, a chill in the hammock, or some exciting yard games. Most of all though, as the property faces the west, it is a perfect place to enjoy a quiet sunset over the bay. Guest access You will have access to 3 bedrooms +an office and 2 full bathrooms, laundry, and the shed that houses yard games and other equipment. Outdoor Equipment: - 2 Stand Up Paddleboards - Canoe - Life Jackets - Aluminum Pontoon Paddle Boat (not motorized) - Cornhole - Bocce Ball - Fire Pit (keep an eye on fire bans and review the Burn Permit for rules in the House Manual section of the listing) - Fishing Rods (you will need a license to fish - they can be purchased online from the Ontario Fishing License website) Other things to note This is my home, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
