The space The property has been completely renovated. There are 5 individual studio units (all with their own private entrances) and a combined living space (with private bedrooms) on the property. Around the back of the property is a large covered patio, backyard and laundry room. You'll want to have your own car, as public transportation is not ideal in this location. Guest access You have access to your entire studio as well as shared access to a shared laundry room. Instructions for accessing the laundry room are in the digital house manual on the app. Other things to note Please note that if you have less than three 5-Star Reviews with Airbnb, we may require a $300 incidentals fee to be paid prior to check in.
