Large Master Suite w/King Bed, Paducah

My home in beautiful Paducah offers a clean, relaxing place to stay in a quiet subdivision. It's great for those traveling through for a night or two that just want an inexpensive, but quality place to lay their head, but I can also accommodate those in the area for extended stays. The space The private master bedroom has keyed entry, and features a new memory foam, king mattress, carpeted floor, ceiling fan, nightstand with lamp, reading chair, room-darkening curtains, dressing mirror, 40+ inch wall-mounted TV with FireTV Stick (Netflix, Prime and various cable channel apps), USB wall outlet for charging, and in-room access to private master bathroom. Please note guests will not have access to the walk-in closet. The private master bathroom has been completely remodeled and updated from top to bottom. Please note that the toilet is a dual-flush, and has two buttons on the top. The left is for #1, and the right button is for #2. Also, to get the tub to switch to shower, there is a lip on the under side of bath nozzle opening that you need to pull down and rotate clockwise when the water is turned on. You will have room for a vehicle in the driveway, but can also park on the street near the mailbox if needed. I have just recently finished staining the back deck, and got some patio furniture set up, and it makes for a very relaxing setting in the evenings with the shade provided by the trees in the back. And the back yard is fenced in, so if you are traveling with a dog, it's a great spot for them to stretch their legs after a long car ride. Please note that while my listing is set to a flexible check-in time, that does not mean you will be able to check in whenever you want. It will ultimately be dictated by whether or not I have guests checking out that same day. On such days (Mon-Fri), I must clean between reservations once I get home form work, which usually means the earliest possible check-in time will be in the 5-6pm range, but just check with me before or right after booking if you desire a check-in earlier than that, but no promises. Guest access Come and go through the front entrance using the key code you are provided. Common areas for your use include the living room with a 65" wall-mounted RokuTV with Cable, HBO, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, FireTV Stick and Chromecast, and a newly-remodeled kitchen/dining room (help yourself to the coffee/tea kept on the kitchen counter next to the Keurig and electric water boiler). You can enjoy the fenced in back yard, back deck and the new paver stone patio that has a grill and firepit. The laundry room is also available if you need it (for guests staying minimum of 2 nights, but limit to one load per reservation). You can either park in the street or in the driveway, but if you park in the driveway, I use it too, so please leave me space as well. During your stay I am not always home during guest stays, but I am always available via call or text. If I am home, I enjoy meeting and socializing with guests, but if that's not your thing, just say so, no offense will be taken. If you have questions about dining or entertainment activites in the area, just ask!
