A cozy townhouse in the Windham Mountain Village, packed with amenities and right in the middle of all of the best that both Windham and Catskills have to offer. The space What you have here is your perfect Goldilocks house: It's spacious, though not overwhelmingly so. It's tucked away just enough to ensure quiet and tranquility, yet mere short walk away from the base lodge and Main Street, where you'll find lively diners and bars seemingly untouched by time since the 80s. The townhouse is finished with wooden accents throughout to lend it an Alpine aura, yet offers all of the technological furnishings and services we've come to rely on(and then some). We have aimed to find the perfect balance between the tranquility of mountain life and the comfort and convenience that modern amenities afford. What makes this space truly unique is how close it is to so many worthwhile experiences, despite its quiet location. In addition to the on-location amenities available(pool, hot tub, tennis courts, club house with ping pong table, etc.)Please note that pool is open during the summer every day and on weekends during winter ski season. The condo is a short distance from a long list of attractions: -Mountain Biking: Windham was the host of the 2015 UCI World Cup - and is now well-known as an international MTB destination. The World Cup trails are all open, along with dozens of newer trails to suit your style, speed, and capabilities. Multiple rental locations available. Also a lift you can ride up along with your bike to eliminate the hassle of uphill riding, and a center renting 2018 DH bikes right by it. All a two-minute walk from the condo. -2 Golf Courses: 4-minute drive away -Zoom Flume Water Park: very enjoyable for the kids and the lines are as short as you'll find anywhere; 16 min drive away : zoomflume.com -Long list of great hiking trails -Dozens of camping locations on mountains, hilltops, by lakes and streams, all within 20 min -Fishing: exceptional fishing in 100+ local lakes and river/stream sections, some hidden away -Zip lining from the top of neighboring Hunter Mountain The list goes on...
