Rental unit in Shelton

Spacious Studio Apt with ample natural light and vaulted ceilings with views of mount Rainier and the puget sound for rent. This rental is located 2 minutes from downtown Shelton, 30 minutes from the state capitol, Olympia, and just over an hour from Seattle, amazing hikes in the Olympics, and the Pacific Ocean. Also- we have a rooster & hens. We offer fresh eggs whenever our hens are laying! The space The space is set apart from the main house, and is accessed using a private entry and external stairs. There is not wheel chair access. This space has ample parking room for larger or multiple vehicles. There are herbs available along the stairway, and fresh eggs are available upon request! Guest access There is a garden on site, and guests are welcome to pick whatever they might find. There is also a washer and dryer and larger freezer available in the garage- upon request. Other things to note We have a second pull out twin mattress we can provide sheets for if an extra bed is needed! We also have a rooster- so if you are a light sleeper and like to sleep in, please be aware. Also, we are on a well and our water is great- so no need to pack your own!
