Great spot to live & work. The space This apartment is a 2-floor duplex. The upstairs has 1 large bedroom with a queen bed and one small bedroom/office with a queen sized futon. The small bedroom has a small wall-mounted desk and a large office desk can be brought in to convert it into a more permanent office space. Both bedrooms have views of Mt Beacon. The downstairs has a large kitchen & dining area, a large living room, and a full bathroom with stand-up shower. The house was built around 1900 and has 4 apartments. This apartment was completely renovated in spring 2023 and everything is new since then. Both bedrooms have well-lit walk-in closets. The kitchen is full sized with oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator and brand new dishwasher. It has a large island with 2 stools and a large pantry with tons of storage space. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. The living room has a new 50" Roku TV, a sectional couch and chair, a coffee table and a small desk and chair. The bathroom is also new, with a stand-up shower and all new cabinets and toilet. The downstairs has 7 windows, many with views of Mt Beacon and 2 closets. There are two small front porches facing the street with beautiful views of Mt Beacon. The porches are shared with other tenants in the building. One porch has an ash try for smoking, the other side is non-smoking. You are welcome to use either one. Guest access The apartment is a 2 floor duplex, the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. The entire 2BR apartment is all yours. No other guests have access to any part of it.
