MCM Whole House in FIP w/ Pool + Hot Tub + Views!

This home is located on the quiet east end of the Pines in fabulous Fire Island, New York. The cozy home feels like a secluded tree house surrounded by tall holly trees, but offers wonderful views of the Great South Bay. This end of the community offers the best of both worlds; less crowded beaches and a quiet refuge that's only a short walk from the bustle of the harbor. The space We don't follow the minimalist trend of the Pines, we dance to our own tune with a vintage, eclectic vibe to our home that was built in the 1950s. Enjoy the expansive views from our elevated position high on the second dune. We also offer a plunge pool and hot tub for maximum enjoyment and relaxation. The bedrooms are all air conditioned. Guest access The entire home, minus some closets & the kitchen pantry that remain locked because it is an owner occupied home when not rented. Other things to note We have a quirky house (for example, a shower faucet that turns right for hot water in the 'pink' bathroom). We leave a printed renters guide in the house to explain these unique little quirks. The house will sleep 8 in 3 main bedrooms and a quaint 'cabin room' below the house for even more privacy. NOTE: The pines is a car free community. All the homes are accessed by walking along the boardwalk. Our home is about a 10 minute walk from the harbor. During the summer season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) we require a minimum stay of 4 nights. In the spring and fall we accept reservations for 3 nights.
