Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. Enter up one flight of outside stairs. The first floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom, and one full bathroom. The living room offers a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove with remodeled rock hearth (wood provided), and access to storage with bench and coat hooks under the stairs. The dining area seats 6 comfortably. The primary bedroom on the main floor features a king bed and flat-screen Smart TV. The loft upstairs includes a queen bed, one set of bunk beds, and a flat-screen Smart TV. A second full bathroom is also located in the loft. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in the unit and beautiful views of Mammoth Mountain. Guests enjoy access to Wildflower’s community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ area, and multipurpose court (tennis, pickleball, basketball). Laundry facilities are also available near the on-site office with QR code instructions on the machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included. Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues. Please note: no landline phone is available in this unit. Wildflower is located along the free Green Line shuttle bus route to Mammoth Mountain Ski Area and is walking distance to several popular shops and restaurants along Old Mammoth Road. The TOT in Mammoth covers important services such as snow removal, trash pickup, free transportation, road maintenance, public safety (police funding), parks maintenance, trails (helps to create and maintain walking, hiking and biking trails), Mammoth Lakes marketing, etc. The cleaning fee is also used to cover the costs of laundry service, housekeeping, and cleaning supplies for the unit.
