There is a separate rental (Tucked Inn) located behind Sandy Paws with its own entrance and reserved parking. Guests of Sandy Paws do not share interior spaces and will only access the front home. Other things to note *Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 per stay pet fee, please tell us about your dog/dogs in your booking request. Pet fees will be requested through the platform as an additional charge if not automatically added to the charges for any reason. Pet fees are for typical wear and tear only. Guests are liable and will be fined for any damage caused by their dog/s and any additional cleaning fees caused by excessive shedding and/or mess beyond what is typical. No cats. Our home is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Guests will be fined $250 for smoking. Do not use self-tanning products or hair dye while staying in our homes. These products cause stains that cannot be removes from sheets, towels and furniture. Guests are liable and will be fined for any damages caused by the use of these products. Sandy Paws is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Guests will be fined $250 for smoking. Only registered guests are allowed on the property per Airbnb rules. There is an outdoor video camera on the property for security that is pointed towards the parking area. There are no cameras inside the cottage. Tampering with or disabling the camera or the WiFi is against our house rules and will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Before we complete your booking, we will ask you to verify that you have read, understand and agree to the full listing description and all house rules so that no details are missed. If you include this in your booking request along with details about you dog(s) we will approve your request right away. Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a point of contact form and rental agreement. In accordance with North Carolina law we require that this form be completed and signed in order for your booking to be complete. Without the signed form your reservation may be canceled.
