Great vacation cottage near all Disney/Orlando attractions. Comfortable 2 bedroom home with queen sofa bed and air mattress, directly across from the pool - 2 hot tubs in the gated community of Sherwood Forest. Interior renovation/great amenities.The property offers 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, putt putt course, giant chess, shuffleboard, tennis courts, 2 bingo nights extra shower rooms and laundry facilities. Shopping/restaurants are seconds from your doorstep. Quiet and comfortable. We offer a full kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils. Newly added coffee bar with all the amenities. Two bedrooms with queen beds in each. All bedding and towels are provided. There is also a queen sofa/sleeper for extra guests. You have full access to the entire home. The pool is directly across from the house - semi-private- only guests in the cottage can access the pool and hot tubs. Most times you will be the only ones in the pool!! Pool and hot tub is operated and maintained by Sherwood Forest. We are not responsible for any closures during your stay. Walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment. We are 5 miles from Disney World and parks. It is approximately 15 miles to the airport and 1 1/2 hours to either the east or west coast beaches - great for day trips. Old Town amusement park is 1 mile down the street - great for kids or kids at heart!! Rides, food, shopping and car shows. Several major restaurants .3 miles from the cottage. There is something for everyone nearby. Public transportation is available and plenty of rental cars, biking and walking areas. We bought this cottage in 2019 and remolded the full bath, added new furniture and put a new floor throughout the entire home. In 2020 we enclosed the lanai and made a 2nd bedroom with a sitting area. There is an outdoor table and chairs in the space that overlooks the pool with a grilling area. Wifi internet cable TV and the use of a fire stick should make your vacation enjoyable. We strive try to make you as comfortable as possible.
