Bed of Roses

This efficiency unit is located in a private home on a quiet street in a small city on the gulf coast. It is minutes to several beaches (Venice, Manasota, Siesta) 25 min. south of Sarasota. We are minutes from the Legacy Bike path; the intercoastal so great for kayaking or canoeing; a number of tennis and pickleball courts. See photos. The space The bed is full size. There are facilities to make simple meals. Also, have use of lanai, patio and BBQ. Full size bath with shower. One car parking is in front of the home. Easy access to all amenities--- churches, pharmacies, supermarket, theater, etc. The unit has its own separate entrance and bathroom. The patio and the lanai are for common use however I very rarely spend time there so would be almost exclusively for the use of the guests. Bikes are available for use by the guests, along with beach chairs and umbrella. Guest access I have a bicycle available for use and a kayak if you wish to give it a try.
