The Ranchers Retreat is located 1 mile south of Hatch in beautiful Garfield County, home of Bryce Canyon. Located on a family owned and operated cattle ranch, this cozy farm house will sleep 8 comfortably in beds. You'll feel right at home with a fully equipped dine in kitchen and two comfy living rooms. The front porch is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy a BBQ after a fun day exploring all the beauty of Bryce, Zion and other amazing sites of the area. The space If you are looking for privacy, peace and quiet, then look no further. Located 1 mile south of Hatch on the Warner Ranch, a family owned and operated cattle ranch, it doesn't get any more peaceful than this little slice of paradise! With unmatched views of the Paunsaugunt Plateau, wide open space and surrounded by green fields and pastures, you'll also have amazing opportunities for viewing wild life. Are you into star gazing? Since we are located outside of town, we have very little light pollution making this a perfect spot to check out the Milky Way, watch a meteor shower or watch a full moon rise above the pink cliffs. *About the house* The Ranchers Retreat is a cute and cozy farm house with all the comforts of home. The dine in kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner with seating for 8 at the big family style table. Basic spices and cooking oils, flour and sugar are provided along with a coffee bar. With 2 living rooms, the Ranchers Retreat is ideal for families with kids. The Blue room is a big comfy room with a large picture window to take in the incredible views! It has a large comfy couch, a big bar height built in table with games and puzzles, and a Roku tv. The perfect setting to relax and enjoy your friends and family. The Green room is a cute and comfy living room set up with a day bed and a trundle bed hidden underneath. The day bed doubles as a couch and is an ideal place to relax with a good book. And if you have to bring work with you on your vacation, there is a nice desk with power and usb charging ports. Tucked away in a beautiful armoire is a Roku tv. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 night stands a large dresser with mirror and a private bathroom with a double vanity and a walk in shower. With 2 big closets, and plenty of storage, you will be able to hide away all your luggage. The second bedroom has 2 twin sleigh beds, 1 shared night stand and a tall chest of drawers with mirror and a small closet. The third bedroom has a queen four post bed, 2 night stands, large dresser with mirror and a small closet. The hall bathroom has a tub shower and a single vanity with lots of counter space and plenty of storage. Also provided for your comfort is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, 2 hair dryers, a BBQ on the front porch, WiFi, big bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, shower mats, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels. We do not provide any baby items. Guests traveling with infants, toddlers or young children should bring their own supplies. NOTE: This is a single story house that does have one step down from the kitchen into the Blue living room. Guest access This is a true vacation rental, you have access to the entire house and yard. No access to the garage at this time.
