Redwood Garden Cottage

This sweet home is close to Mt Shasta, yet a little off the beaten track. Located on a magical half acre, with Mt Shasta views and landscaping, the 3BR/2BA home is 1350 SF of cozy delight. Close to hiking trails and Bunny Flats for mountain exploration. The space Tucked away on a side street, Redwood Garden Cottage has plenty of space to hang out, if you just want to unwind. The interior of the home is cozy and clean. The large kitchen allows for cooking with friends. If you need to spread out on the rear deck, you can watch sunsets over the Eddies. The large back yard has a Mt Shasta view, a grassy with various areas for seating, and a hammock under the trees. There is off street parking, and our location is great! We are a short drive to the town of Mt Shasta (5 minutes or less), the City Park (you could walk!) and just off the main highway up the mountain. The Gateway Trail is minutes away. In winter months, when it's cold outside, Redwood Garden Cottage has a wood stove to heat the house, and movie watching from our smart TV. Or, you can just read a good book and play some games. During summer months, enjoy fresh fruits from the yard: plums (the best, many say) , cherries, raspberries and peaches! Management may get to the rhubarb first... Note: Redwood Garden Cottage is in the unincorporated area of Siskiyou County. Airbnb will charge a Travel and Tourism Tax, on behalf of the County, in addition to your room charge. This is paid to the County directly. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire home. The Guest Bath has laundry facilities. There is enough parking, off street, for 3 cars. Other things to note There is plenty for you to do in the Mt Shasta area! Hiking, cycling, and dining, to name a few. Swimming, exploring and relaxing. We have a night sky!
