Rural House with garden, for 7 people. A charming and very spacious house, private and covered garden with barbecue and outdoor kitchen for cooking, which allows you to enjoy both summer and winter. It is located within the Mas Vilà Rural Tourism, where there are four rural tourism houses, all with their own private garden and barbecue and sharing the pool. We are in the middle of nature, surrounded by forests, just two minutes from the medieval village of Monells. A perfect place to visit the Empordà and the Costa Brava. The space With rustic style, it retains the original 1955 sun clock on its façade and the Catalan vaulted ceilings inside. It has a large dining room with sofas and TV, a large antique table and chairs. The kitchen has a fireplace, is fully equipped with glass-ceramic, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, "Nespresso" coffee maker and "Italian" coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and everything you need to cook. It has a table and chairs for four people. It has three bedrooms. Two with double beds and the other with three single beds. Two full bathrooms with towels and hairdryer, one with shower and one with bathtub. It has Wi-Fi, firewood for the fireplace and barbecue, heating for the winter, mosquito nets and fans for the summer. Outside you have a private garden with lawn, loungers and parasol, a large shed with barbecue, stove for cooking, refrigerator, a large table and chairs. Guest access The house is located within the Mas Vilà, a traditional 17th century farmhouse century, which we have renovated to offer you rural tourism with all the comforts. We have four fully equipped independent cottages. Each has its own private garden with barbecue. On the property, you'll find large lawn areas, parking, a chicken coop, and a community pool shared with other guests, where you'll have a lounge area just for you to sunbathe quietly.
