This cozy duplex is nestled into the peaceful setting of Buffalo Mountain. The single room unit is equipped with a Queen bed, bunk beds, seating area with TV, small dining area, kitchenette with coffee bar, mini-fridge and microwave, and a private full bath. Comfortably sleeps 4. The cabin has a newly added front porch with seating and a fire-pit with seating adjacent to the cabin. The space This is a beautiful area to come and relax with family & friends. The grounds are immersed in nature with numerous trails and waterfalls in the area, including part of the Appalachian Trail. The Nolichuckey River is minutes away. Not to worry, convenience isn't far! This property is a quick 10-15 minutes to Johnson City, Jonesborough or Erwin Tennessee. ETSU is about 7 miles away and Bristol Motor Speedway is about 25 miles. Enjoy the best of both worlds! Guests have access to The Camp pool from June 15-Sept 15. The property is home to one other rental home and a retreat center. Several times a year we host weddings, family reunions and other small events. Guest access Cabin has two sides. Price is for one side with other side available at an additional cost. Other things to note Located on a former camp with a pond, creeks and trails. Fishing is allowed. Other guests may be staying on the property.
