Recently remodeled with travertine bath, stainless kitchen, big screen TV and remote controlled fireplace. Premium queen bed, stack washer and dryer, black out curtains, parking spot right out front. No pets and no smoking - fees will apply if pets or smoking is noted. 25$ fee for 1 addition guest. The space Personal coded dead bolt entry for easy, quick access. Pool available during summer months. Guest access Owner's closet is locked. Please do not tamper with this closet or security deposit is forfeited. It is monitored inside. Other things to note No access to owners private closet. Attempted entry results in $200 fee. No pets. Unauthorized animal(s) results in a $200 additional fee. No Smoking. Evidence of smoking inside the condo results in a $200 additional fee. For stays 1-3 weeks, the cleaning fee is $50. The monthly cleaning fee is $100. For bookings longer than 2 weeks, the owner may need to come by to check overall condition and resupply needs. Will coordinate access with guests.
