The property is for the exclusive use of guests and is spread over two floors plus a mezzanine. It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, two living rooms (one with a sofa bed), two bathrooms, and a private garden. Self Check-out thanks to the lockbox. Ability to host up to 6 people; pets are welcome guests. Agree with Qc Terme. Relaxation and privacy guaranteed! The space Area of absolute privacy and tranquility. IMPORTANT: the last piece of private road to reach the accommodation is unpaved. It is recommended in the winter period to have suitable tires (winter or snow chains). Large private garden fully fenced, except for two tiny openings (slightly raised net) required by law to allow forest animals (beavers-foxes) to exit the garden in case of accidental entry; indoor parking not covered, porch with outdoor benches for outdoor summer lunches/dinners, rocking hammock, sun lounger, BBQ on site (charcoal not included). Washing machine, clothes drying rack, laundry clips, detergents for any needs (dishwashing, house cleaning, washing machine detergent), dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths, towels, wipes, hairdryer, coffee machine, moka pot, oven, microwave, television, kitchen with normal gas are provided. No dishwasher. Upon arrival, you will find the beds already made with clean linen, a set of three towels per guest, including a bath towel. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO LIGHT THE FIREPLACE, IT IS ALLOWED TO LIGHT THE WOOD STOVE; in the winter months it will be found lit by guests at check-in, and complimentary wood will be provided for a few times. The rest must be purchased personally by the guest from the person indicated in the property. IT IS MANDATORY TO PUT ONLY WOOD IN THE STOVE AND NOT TO BURN ANYTHING ELSE!
