My place is Located at Big Island Pond (with lake access), Manchester Airport & Boston Logan Airport are within an hour drive. Also local are The NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region & White Mountains.. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Follow me on Instagram Little_Red_Lake_House The space Little Red, is located in a friendly neighborhood within 100 ft of walking distance to a privately shared beach, for fishing, boating, kayaking, snowmobiling, ice fishing, ice skating, to enjoy the lake year round! BIP has a Boat access for fishing, see the BIP website for information on how to get a pass. Guest access Guests have access to the entire premises including the beach access. There are 2 kayaks and life vests available for my guests. I also usually have floats available as well as, beach toys. There is a grill on the deck, with furniture to have cookouts, the yard is equipped with a fire pit, which the wood is supplied for my renters @ $5 a bundle fee. There is a mail box in the shed for your convenience to pay, I also have Venmo which is Addressed on the box. I supply the wood to make it one less thing my guests need to worry about. I expect the guest to be honest about the usage of the wood. The wood is written down per bundle usage per stay in the box. I Thank you for your cooperation and appreciate all the honest people that are appreciative to have the wood available. There’s horse shoes for yard fun. In the winter months there is a cozy fireplace to cuddle up around, and a pellet stove for use in the finished basement. Both wood & Pellets are supplied. Pellets are free, wood is $5 a bundle. Located in the shed. Enjoy a movie or just relax. Our guest can enjoy the complimentary wifi available to available to our at no cost.
