Cozy and quaint room just steps from downtown Milford! You will have access to a spacious living area withTV, coffee station, a mini-fridge, and a dining space during your stay! Clean towels and sheets are provided, also. You will enjoy your own private room with a full bed, desk and lamp, a roomy closet. Downtown Milford offers several trendy eateries and bars, as well as, several biking and hiking trails just minutes from our home. The space Cozy brick cape cod in the center of the east side of Cincinnati featuring private bedroom with writing desk, big closet, dresser and night stand, access to the living area for relaxing after a long day, the dining room for your convenience and a shower and bathroom just steps from your private room. You will climb just a few steps to get into the home and the living areas are very accessible. You will have access to your own mini-fridge (located just outside your room in the living area), plus a Keurig for hot coffee, hot chocote, and tea with all the fixings! Guest access You will share the living and dining areas, the microwave and the sink in the kitchen (please keep the area clean at all times), the Keurig coffee station with me and another airbnb guest. You and the other airbnb guest will share the bathroom. During your stay I will be available as you need me. I have my private bedroom downstairs with my own living area and bathroom. I will be upstairs mainly to use the kitchen. Other things to note There is ample parking in our driveway and on the street.
