One queen size main bed and one queen size Murphy bed - please note we only allow a max of 3 adults It won't take long for you to feel welcome and realize you are in the lap of Cozy Chalet Chic.. cozy up around the fire after a great day hitting the slopes, use our buildings outdoor jacuzzi / pool / sauna or gym (if you haven't worked out enough in the slopes).. Situated in the heart of Snowmass Mall, the best location for apres ski bars and some great restaurants, take a 5 min walk or the skittles lift to the base village to enjoy a few more bars and restaurants , but trust me the mall is where you want to be! 2 minutes walk to the free bus stop in case you want to have the day or night in Aspen / Highlands or Buttermilk... you're in the place that gives you everything within a stones throw! Walk out the apartment and within a 50 yard walk you're clipping in your skis or strapping on your board.. it's virtually ski in ski out! In Summer Snowmass is the no 1 destination for mountain biking and hiking. Welcome and enjoy, you're going to have a Fantastic stay at my cozy snow chalet in the mountains! Other things to note PLEASE READ BELOW. V important PLEASE NOTE - if you see ‘SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED’ - In my property description PLEASE IGNORE it is incorrect and Airbnb is trying to fix this - there is NO security deposit required - THANK YOU - Danny STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN MY APARTMENT OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY - MANAGEMENT FINES WILL BE STRICTLY IMPLEMENTED - ITS A NON SMOKING BUILDING AND AGAINST FIRE REGULATIONS. - there is a laundry room on the property for your clothes washing CAR PARKING - should you have a car there are car parks opposite - you need to buy guest passes during the winter season its about 10$ per day - the office is close by. It is free to park during non ski months - this is from end of May to thanksgiving (end of November ) BEDS - Please note the bed in the studio is Queen size , and the Murphy bed is a queen size bed . we allow 3 adults(max) KITCHEN ETIQUETTE Please be respectful of our Kitchen. If you decide to use our kitchen which includes The Grill , Oven , Pots and Pans. Please make sure ‘everything’ is cleaned ‘thoroughly’ before you leave. Unfortunately, due to some previous ‘filthy’ Guests that obviously don’t understand the meaning of cleaning after meals, if our kitchen is left unkept and filthy upon your check out, you will be charged $150 to cover my Cleaners Additional Cleaning Time.
