My place is close to public transport. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the light, the neighborhood, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space "Villa BRUCKER" is located in the beautiful resort Kozino which is the city of Zadar, located only 5 km away. Kožino is a favorite destination for all guests who want to enjoy peaceful pine and holm woods, cristal clear sea and feel the charm and nature beauty of the area. Settled on Zadar riviera, Kožino offers an extremely rich touristic attractions – pebbled and sand beaches perfect for family vacation. Guest access Apartment HARRY located on the first floor of the villa and has 67qm , and consists of a separate entrance from the hallway stairs. Apartment has: Bedroom with double king size bed, air conditioning and large ceiling fan. Bedroom with two single beds that can be quickly and easily assembled into a double double bed. The room has air conditioning and sea views. The large living room has a sofa bed which is a third bed for a fifth person. Air conditioning, satellite TV, stereo with radio. The bathroom has a shower cabin, and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a refrigerator 150l, separated by 80l freezer, electric cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kuher water and dishwasher. There is all the accessories for storing and serving food. On the large balcony is a Jacuzzi where you can enjoy. Balcony has 12qm with movable awning for shade and a table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and islands. The yard is decorated for a pleasant stay and meal preparation Grill in grill house. There is a gazebo with a large wooden table and wooden benches, garden bench swing. Everything is surrounded by flowers and greenery. The house has a free parking space and free Internet. All rooms are air-conditioned! Other things to note Please note that the tourist tax (1,00 €/person/night) is not included in the price of the reservation - it is payable on the day of your arrival. Children younger then 12 years do not pay this tax.
