My place is a walk to microbreweries, the new light rail station, good vibes restaurants, bars, live music, nightlife, YMCA & coffee shops. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Comes with 1.5 bath. It is in heart of the Arts District. Another room available if more needed. If you like my company for a meal, simply ask. If available, I go. Parking on the street. Private bathroom. Shower is shared only if you are ok with it. The space Sunday check-in 4 pm and after. Ten-foot ceilings, expansive, room for work, and space to think. Room & bath are private. Work space in room, kitchen table or sofa. Stretch a bit. You can sip wine at the front porch. You will see dog walkers, joggers, and party goers. Really depends on the time of the day. You can sit at back porch for more privacy. You can use a desk in the family room, or kitchen table to work if you wish. Guest access You may use the entire house: Living room, kitchen, refrigerator, washer & dryer, front porch, back porch, 4K TV, Super Fast WiFi. During your stay At your request, I can suggest names of coffee shops, restaurants and things to do. If asked and available, I will accompany you. Please don't be inhibited. Other things to note NOT appropriate for a Love-In!!! No need to make beds. Sheets are washed each time someone leaves. If you are inclined to do something, peel the sheets off! Bring your food and beverages. Store what you like in the frig. If around and I make coffee, let me know. FREE coffee. BUT, don't touch my liquor, man! :) LOL. I woke up a couple of times to find my Tequila and Vodka bottles drained to a sip. If you plan on it, leave the bar tender a fat tip. Will you? I mean geez.
