Quinta de Santa Bárbara offers traditionally decorated rooms. This manor house features spacious rooms with wooden floors. The beds have centennial headboards from old carvings. A healthy breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room with features a fireplace. It includes freshly made eggs and bacon, fresh fruit, fresh organic orange juice, yogurt, coffee or tea, bread, cereal, and homemade croissants and jams. The farm’s historically decorated restaurant Refeitório Quinhentista, located in the old wine cellar, with vaulted ceilings and stone walls, is where guests can taste traditional and gourmet Portuguese dishes and fine wines.
