Cozy wood cabin in the country

My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores. The space Texas A&M Commerce is about 5 minutes away. A wedding ranch about 2 minutes away. Greenville is about 20 minutes away. Cooper Lake, which is about 15 minutes away, is a very nice place to fish, picnic and swim in the swimming area. There are a couple of hiking trails and they rent canoes. Public hunting land is minutes away. There is room to park your boat or horse trailer. Sulphur Springs is about 15 minutes away. It is a cute little town to shop, eat and enjoy the town squares activities in the warmer weather ( outdoor music, water play for kids and vendors). Guest access Fish in the pond, have an outdoor fire in the fire pit, outdoor grill, pet the horses and feed them treats provided by the owner, kids play equipment and trampoline and just enjoy the peace and quiet sitting on the porch. I have 2 fishing poles and a child’s fishing pole for guest use. Plenty of games to play inside, books, puzzles and a tv in each room, two with Roku and 1 with DVD player. Several DVDs to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal inside. There is a charcoal grill for outdoor grilling. Other things to note Some breakfast items may be provided, such as fresh eggs and fruits, depending on the supply and season. Coffee, sugar and creamer will be provided as well as some bottled water. Please make sure to park beside the cabin either on the gravel area or to the right of the gravel area. When driving on the road to get to the cabin , please stay on the road or you can drive on the grass on our side of the road if it’s not muddy.
