Located in the heart of Payson, Arizona! Our cottage is a fully furnished vacation rental with all the conveniences of cottage living. This three bedroom home has all the amenities; fully equipped kitchen, each bedroom has a brand new mattress and linens, high-speed WiFi, cozy fireplace, central air conditioning and heat. The master has a King bed, his and her closet, dresser, and full bathroom with shower. There is a Sleigh Queen bed in 2nd bedroom and a his and her closet. The 3rd bedroom has a daybed/twin bed with small armoire to hang a few clothes with a chair and large desk. The couch has a full pull out bed for an alternate sleeping area. Guests are allowed total access of home, except for locked owners closet in master bedroom. We like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay, but we're always available for questions. We have a cabin nearby that we are at often. This cottage is in the heart of town, in a neighborhood on a corner fenced in lot. Close proximity to restaurants, movie theater, shops, and parks. Tonto National Park is 15 min away, as well as many hiking trails! Best way to get around is by car! **Please NO pets on furniture or beds!!! Please pick up after your pet, keep pet in cage at night or if away, and pick up after your pet!** **If power goes out, it may be a tripped breaker. Go to "Moose Bedroom". Behind the rug tapestry in the wall there is an electrical panel. Flip the switch on/off of the area that there is an outage. Power will resume immediately (or shortly) typically. If this does not work, please contact us.** **Bistro Light Switch is over by grill. Feel free to turn on for beautiful ambience. We just ask that you turn them back off when you are done using the bistro lights. Thank you!** **There is a fire pit outside seasonally. Please check for any fire bans before using! Heavy fines that are YOUR responsibility if you use when prohibited!**
