Enjoy our home - set up for singles, couples, and little companions. A stone-throw away from NIH/Navy Hospital as well as Washington, DC's red metro station. Backs up to a beautiful trail and close to Rock Creek Park. The space Traveling around the world, I have rarely found a place that can accommodate an intense work trip and the comfort my kids need. We hope our home can offer you exactly that -- It is thus a great place for single adventures or an adult couple to relax after visiting nearby NIH/Navy Hospital or downtown Washington, DC. The house is in a safe, quaint neighborhood with space for two cars in the driveway. Two decks and a large backyard that backs up to the beautiful Georgetown Branch trail. Plenty of comfortable living space, but also very close to Rock Creek Park, downtown Bethesda, and downtown Washington, D.C. The living room, with an inviting fire place, will allow you to rest your feet after a long day. The recently-remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops, sleek appliances, and is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for you and/or your little ones. But here's what makes this place unique: the upstairs area is like a kid's dream attic, complete with dozens of stuffed animals, a chalkboard wall, and bunk beds. In addition, the solar room next to the kitchen was converted into a playroom, which includes over-sized stuffed bears and bean bags. So you can watch your small companions while you cook. All in all, "Kids' Heaven" blends the ideal combination for a couple or single adult traveler with or without young companions. Guest access Our guests will have complete access to the house. You're welcome to use the well-appointed kitchen. Help yourself to all silverware, plates and cooking utensils. Enjoy the outside decks, or gather by the living-room fireplace. This is place I spend loving time with my kiddos. While we're gone, it is yours to enjoy. Please treat it with equal respect and love, and let us know how we can best make your stay comfortable.
