The Karns Area home is located in a safe neighborhood. You will be staying in a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bathroom, small sitting area with loveseat and flat screen tv. Wi-FI and HD cable with Showtime and Starz. The apartment has its own private entrance as well as outdoor dining area/sitting area with two large porch swings under covered deck. Conveniently located 15 minutes from UT Campus, downtown Knoxville, and only 45 to 60 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. No smoking Check-in is anytime after 3PM Check out by 10:30 am self check in -Quiet hours from 11:00 pm- 7:00 am -Smoking is prohibited inside! Okay for outside, but please place your butts in the ashtray provided. Check Out Procedure: Check out is at 10:30 am unless otherwise coordinated with the host ahead of time. We can usually be flexible, however, we must leave adequate time to clean for the next guest. If you are interested in a late check out, please contact the host. -Please strip the bed and leave all used linens in the floor -please be sure to turn off coffee pot, oven, toaster, appliances used -do one last check for belongings(phone charger, pillow, clothes) -leave key on countertop in the kitchen area. Cancellations Strict Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
