The pool and spa can be heated. Spa for free or a small fee for the entire pool in winter months. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. What can I say about the house itself? Well, it was our own home for 18 years and we made it delightful! You won't want to leave! The pictures tell the story. You will feel right at home the first moment you enter the double front doors. There's everything you need besides your own clothes ready for you when you arrive. The pool functions are controlled by the Pentair Screenlogic app. The house has cable WiFi and we provide Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video, Discovery+, HBOmax, and Philo for your entertainment. It’s your house! You can access it all. We live 3 minutes away in a nearby subdivision. If anything is needed we are ready to help and our reviews reflect that. The neighborhood is perfect for adults and children, very quiet and crime free. You'll find countless options for food and groceries within a minute or two of driving. In 10 minutes you can be in the Baybrook Mall area with unlimited restaurant and shopping possibilities. A recently constructed Exploration Green winds through the neighborhood. There are sidewalks to everywhere but you'll probably want to drive. There are plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers around and they never take more than 5 minutes to arrive. Pool area should be pretty quiet after 10pm out of respect for our neighbors. There is a charge to heat the entire pool. Usually it is $20-25 per day in the winter. The spa is free to heat.
