The pool and spa can be heated. Spa is free to heat but we charge to heat the pool in winter. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. What can I say about the house itself? This was our own home for 18 years and we made it delightful! The space You won't want to leave! The pictures tell the story. You will feel right at home the first moment you enter the double front doors. There's everything you need besides your own clothes ready for you when you arrive. The pool functions are controlled by the Pentair Screenlogic app. The house has cable WiFi and we provide Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video, Discovery+, HBOmax, and Philo for your entertainment. Guest access It’s your house! You can access it all. Other things to note Pool area should be pretty quiet after 10pm out of respect for our neighbors. There is a charge to heat the entire pool. Usually it is $20-25 per day in the winter. The spa is free to heat.
