The space Our large, modern, fully furnished and equipped home with private swimming pool is right on the 14th Fairway of the golf course in the DeAnza Country Club neighborhood; surrounded by beautiful homes, desert scenery, birds, wildlife and lush vegetation. DeAnza Country Club is a private country club, but it's golf course is available for public play. You may wish to contact them by phone or visit their website for costs and details. By walking across the fairway, we are a short 5 minute walk to the club house. Our house is approximately 2,800 square feet large with vaulted ceilings and very large and open living areas; a large formal living room and a fun and fully equipped family room with a large and especially comfortable sectional sofa and large screen television with cable, Roku, DVD, wireless internet, and fireplace. The living areas and the master bedroom have walls of glass that look out at the golf course and pool. The master bedroom is spacious and is equipped with a luxurious pillow-top king size bed, Roku television with DVD, several upholstered chairs, ceiling fan, and has a large bathroom and dressing areas. It faces east, overlooks the pool and its wall of windows is framed by plantation shutters. The second bedroom has its own private full bathroom and dressing areas and is equipped with a queen size bed and a matching set of fine furniture. The third bedroom is set up as a den with a high quality Simmons Hide-a-bed convertible sofa/bed. The den/bedroom has a television and also has a glass topped writing/computer desk. Directly outside the den is another full bathroom. The house has 4 full bathrooms. (3 with showers, 1 with shower over tub, and one with both a tub and shower. Our kitchen is modern and fully equipped for cooking and preparing snacks and poolside beverages. We have dishwasher, microwave, toaster, stove, oven, etc. Dining, if not poolside, can be in our formal dining room or at the kitchen breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is a full guest bathroom and a large laundry room, fully equipped with washer, dryer, soaking sink, iron, etc. The house has 2 central heating and air-conditioning systems. We also have many ceiling fans and free standing fans. All of the doors and window are fully screened. Outside, we have a full size propane barbeque, pool toys, at least 2 bikes, lounge chairs, plush pool towels, outdoor dining tables and chairs and miscellaneous other items for you to enjoy our pool and yard areas. We have a stereo system and a CD collection in the family room, so bring your special CD's! we have wireless internet for your convenience. Finally, our pool service and gardener try their best to make sure the pool will be clean and the garden will be manicured for your visit. Experience the quietness of our neighborhood, take a walk or a hike, play golf, swim, bike, shop or dine in nearby "downtown" Borrego Springs, or just relax.
