A wonderful, renovated, and music-themed, private garden room suite in a 19th century brick townhouse in historic Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Close to three subway stops: J, L, & C. Minutes from the Lower East side of Manhattan, and the hot neighborhoods of Williamsburg and Bushwick in Brooklyn. Kitchen, bathroom, & garden access in the suite. The room suite features NYC framed concert posters, books, photography, and an acoustic guitar. This is our private home, and we will give you recommendations! The space The room suite is located in a 1890's brick multi-floor townhouse in which our family lives and still has features from that time period. The suite is approximately 650 sq. ft. in size and is private, though you may see us coming & going in the common hallways. It has been renovated and features new hardwood floors, a full bathroom with shower/bathtub (towels/toilet paper provided) and a full kitchen equipped with the essentials for cooking (dishes, glasses, condiments, spices, paper towels, etc). Internet/Wi-fi and all utilities included in rental price. A full-sized bed for 2 guests. The garden has a large table and benches, plus a cafe table for 2 (ashtray provided), and string lights for night-time ambiance. There is air-conditioning and heat, as well as a smart 42-inch TV. Your room suite is on the first floor of our house, and includes everything you see in the listing pictures. While we adhere to NYC laws, which mandate that the space be shared, we make sure that our guests feel that their privacy is fully respected at all times and have designed the space accordingly. We live on the floor above if you need anything! Other things to note There is a beautiful park right across the street to relax or work-out in.
