Private suite with a full bathroom, so it makes your room ready for a private moment and beyond this, is a 15 x 8 enclosed porch/patio, great for being outside during summer rain showers. And then, one car private parking in the rear of your room facing the patio, you are in control. Guest access NO SMOKING INSIDE YOUR ROOM PLEASE. No kitchen available. But, your private patio is feature a nice dining table, comfortable wicker chairs, coffeemaker, just for your convenience and privacy. Other things to note My next door neighbors have two big dogs, so they can be loud. We want you to enjoy your stay by keeping a clean environment in and around this home. Please keep all your belongings inside your room. Avoid leaving food related trash inside the room, rodents always follow food smells, they are outside in the backyard and can enter if you leave the doors open. The trashcans are available outside, next to the garage with the house number on them. Your room will be equipped with the essentials. Thus, Small heater, Crock Pot, Humidifier, Toaster, and Small Oven are not allowed, please don't bring them with you.
