The center is a bright, spacious living room overlooking Lake Schwerin and a large landscape conservation area. A lockable garage is available for one car and bicycles. Through the garage you can reach a terrace with outdoor seating (table, chairs, sun lounger) and a Weber kettle grill. A two-person kayak (Wilderness "Pamlico") with life jackets is available after consultation and safety instructions. High-speed Internet via fiber optics is available. It is about 300 m to the lake. The bathing establishment guarded by the DLRG and a large children's playground can be reached in about 600 m. Right next to it is the restaurant "Seeblick." Within walking distance you can reach an Edeka market with bakery. Two other supermarkets (Aldi and Netto), tourist information with bicycle rental, pharmacy and doctors of various specialties are available in the village. At the station, four lines converge. (to Wismar, the travel time is approx. 10 minutes and to Schwerin it is about 12 minutes.) Guided fishing tours can be arranged. Fishing licenses are available close by The apartment is located directly on long-distance bike paths. There is a connection between the "Baltic Sea Coast Cycle Path" with the "Elbe - Baltic Sea Cycle Path", which crosses Bad Kleinen together with the "Hamburg-Rügen Cycle Path". (R23 and T9) The short distances (15 kilometers) to Wismar (World Heritage Site), the state capital Schwerin (21 kilometers) with castle, the summer residence of the Grand Duke "Wiligrad" with original restored garden, make the apartment attractive as a starting point for different activities.
