The building is oceanfront, and you can see the beach & ocean from the living room, dining room, and entryway windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your meals. There is also a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. The complex has private access, with a gated walkover to the pristine beach. There's a community pool complete with loungers and tables with umbrellas. Adjacent to the pool is a gas bbq grill and shaded picnic tables . Downtown St. Augustine is about 15 min away, with amazing restaurants and rich history. Come visit and see for yourself! This is a gated community. Entry to the property requires an access code, which will be provided to you along with self check-in instructions for the condo. You will have community amenities, such as the pool, bbq, and private beach access. Available by phone or text. Beautiful landscaping throughout the community. The complex is clean, residents are friendly, and the community is very well kept. Depending on the destination, you may use your car, walk, or bike to get around. FYI There are steps from the parking lot to the dune level, and then there are 2 short sets of steps in the building to my door.
