Smell the ocean air, hear the waves and view the beautiful blue water sitting on the decks of our Ocean View Beach home. This is the perfect home away for multiple families wanting to leave the real world behind and kick up their feet. Relax in the heated pool or hot tub, sleep in or watch TV in one of 9 beds, or grab a chair and head to the beach that is just steps away! We know you will fall in love! Recently updated kitchen in 2022! The space Ocean View is in Duck, NC and has 7 bedrooms and sleeps 14. A new 33 foot pool 2019 and 8 person hot tub new in 2024 were added on the ocean side. There is a private children's playground on the sound side. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and wifi enabled TVs. There are two full bathrooms in the house. One on the upper and one on the lower level of the house. There is an outdoor shower on the ground floor. The first floor includes an open floor plan with a living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a queen room, full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer on this floor. Heading upstairs via the spiral staircase you will find four rooms with queen beds, two rooms with bunk beds and a full bathroom. Four of the upper rooms have ocean views. You can sit out on an upper deck on this level and watch the waves crash on the sand. If you have business to attend to, we have a desk area on the main floor. There is also a foldable table available to set up in any room of your choice to set up your own workspace. If you have the proper cables, you can connect your laptop to one of the TVs in the bedrooms to extend your work screen. The house is wifi enabled. Our pool is a heated pool but there is a $300 a weekly charge to have this turned on. During the summer the pool stays warm from the sun, but during the cooler months it is needed. We don't have hard opening or closing dates for the pool. It is normally open from Early to mid May through early to mid October depending on guest requests. If you are unsure please just send us an inquiry and we can let you know. In 2020 we added safety rails for the spiral staircase due to the concerns of guests with small children. Please see updated photos. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourselves! There is a pool and spa area on the ocean side and a children's playground on the sound side. Other things to note Our address is Buffell Head Road but the driveway is located on Old Squaw Road. We are the corner house of Old Squaw and Buffell Head. There is parking for 7-9 cars.
