Situated directly on popular Muri Beach a water sports lover’s dream, excellent for swimming, sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. Air conditioning and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and best of all the breathtaking views of Muri Lagoon. Reihana on Muri offers guests the best of everything Rarotonga has to offer, and is central to the best restaurants, attractions and activities on the Island.  Situated directly on Muri Beach a water sports lover’s dream, excellent for swimming, sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. This studio bungalow is right in the heart of Muri Beach conveniently located close to small shops, craft stores, café’s, restaurants and car and bike hire. Open plan living dining, living and kitchen with expansive views over the beach, lagoon and the ocean. Large deck area with ample outdoor living and BB, outdoor shower (great after coming back from the beach), full cooking facilities and plenty of space inside and out. Consisting of a king size bed the studio’s features include a couple of comfortable chairs to kick back and relax and read, a TV to catch up on the news and movies for those rainy days. The kitchen is equipped with gas cook top, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. Just off the kitchen area is a dining room table seating four and sliding doors leading out to a covered deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ to aid the outdoor dining experience! The bathroom consists of shower, vanity and toilet and off this is the laundry with washing machine, iron/ironing board and cleaning equipment. The studio is also mosquito screened with ceiling fans for your comfort. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided for your stay. A short left down the beach will take you to Koka Lagoon Tours and Captain Tama’s Aqua sports where you can hire kayaks, windsurfers, and snorkelling equipment or arrange a lagoon cruise. Guest access Please note: Normal Check-In time is after 3:00pm (Early check in may be requested but this is subject to availability) Check-Out time is: 10:00am on the morning of departure. (A late check out may be requested but this is subject to availability). You will be crossing the International dateline so be aware of date & time changes. Should you wish early check in or retain your room until departure time, the following rates apply: If you require an early check in = $150 (NZD) If you require a late check out = $150 (NZD) These would be payable direct to us after arrival (if required). Ura, my Property Manager will know of your arrival and departure dates and will meet you at property for orientation. If you arrive early hours of the morning, or late at night, we recommend that you book a pick up transfer with Tiare Transport. We can organise airport transfers for you with Henry, Owner of Tiare Transport. Pricing for Tiare Transport is approximately Adults 11 years plus: NZ$25.00 per person one- way Children 5-10 years: NZ$15.00 per person one-way 0-4 years: Free. Henry or one of his drivers will be there to meet you and take you to the property and let you in. You pay the driver or Henry directly in cash. Tiare Transport has a stand immediately to your right in arrivals area. Just advise the woman from Tourism (who will be standing at the door as you exit customs and immigration and enter the arrivals area) that you are staying at Reihana on Muri and that your transfer has been booked with Tiare Transport. Tiare Transport: ph 55217 – Henry Hoff. My property manager will leave keys in the usual place for Henry or driver to let you in. I can give you key collection instructions if taking own transport. Ura (Property Manager) will leave outdoor light on in garage. Please lock the back door and leave keys under the doormat in the garage when you depart the property. PARKING: There is a covered garage parking or you can park on the lawns. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE:- Check in is anytime after 3pm & Check out is 10am. WATER: You can boil the water for coffee/tea but I would recommend that you drink filtered water. You can fill up your bottles of filtered water for free at Te Ara Museum located across the road from the property.
