Welcome to my vacation property! My luxury beach apartment is located in the Jewel Grande, a 5 star award-winning ultimate resort in Montego Bay Jamaica. An additional all inclusive meal plan option is available for purchase directly from the hotel which is designed to ensure that when you arrive you have no other obligation than to relax. Looking for paradise? You have found it! The space Luxurious apartment located in the exclusive Jewel Grande hotel in Rose Hall Montego Bay, Jamaica. Enchanting vistas await you from your One Bedroom Oceanview Suite. Featuring a luxuriously appointed master bedroom with king sized bed and fine luxury linen, a separate living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. This elegant living room also features a flat screen television, climate control, high speed complimentary wifi, en suite washer/dryer and partial views of the Caribbean Sea with balcony. I privately own my condo unit which is located within the Jewel Grande hotel. The building has elevators. Additional Sofa- twin sized bed located in the living room. 50 inch LED Smart cable TV with which you can play your Netflix movies on. Central Air conditioner. Wifi Internet and Cable TV - no code needed. Fully equipped kitchen with State of the Art Bosch appliances: Refrigerator/Freezer, Cook Top, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Washer/Dryer. (The appliances are European please call room service to assist you with operating). Bed linens, towels, and beach towels are all provided. Please also note that the Hotel will charge a one time housekeeping fee upon check in. The beach towels are to be retrieved from and returned each day to any one of the beach towel cabanas located throughout the property. Please do not leave beach towels in the apartment as they need to be returned so that they can be properly sterilized and washed. Please be reminded that you will be staying in my private residence as my personal guest and you are not a patron/ guest of the hotel. Hotel amenities are extended to you as a courtesy because your are a guest of my private residence. My apartment is located in the Jewel Grande, a 5 star award-winning ultimate resort in Montego Bay Jamaica. The hotel amenities include: a world-class spa, two sparkling swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness facility, private beachside cabanas, hobies, canoes, kayaks snorkel equipment, paddle boards, but are available to you only as a courtesy. In other words, I provide no guarantee whatsoever, that any of these amenities will be available to you during your stay and as such accept no liability or complaints whatsoever about any of the hotel amenities. Water activities are available for a fee: Boating & Sailing, Scuba Diving, Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Snorkeling, water Skiing, Parasailing, Yachting and more. Please ask for the beach concierge located on the beach area in front of my building for assistance. The hotel does not sell groceries as it is an all-inclusive hotel. There is a commissary located about 5 minutes away at the Half Moon hotel property and they stock snacks, basic food items and some international food items. I recommend the Progressive Supermarket if you would like to purchase groceries. Progressive carries a large selection of imported international food (US/Uk) and has a large selection of wines and liquor. The Progressive Supermarket is located near the airport (MBJ) so if you plan to prepare some of your own meals I suggest that you stop at the grocery store on the way in from the airport. ATM machines are located close by at the Hilton hotel or the Half Moon hotel. Kids club is available for an additional fee payable directly to the hotel. 12 minutes from MBJ airport. 1 hr 15 minutes to Negril, 45 minutes to Falmouth, 2 hours to Ocho Rios and 4 hrs to Kingston (the capital). Nurse There is a nurse on duty who can assist you with any emergencies. She is located close to my building. Please dial 0 for assistance. The hotel staff are wonderful so please don't hesitate to ask anyone for assistance. You will have everything you need for a truly first class vacation experience. Guest access You are free to access and experience the entire resort property as a courtesy since you will be a guest of a resident. Notwithstanding, since you are not a hotel guest you acknowledge that you have no “entitled” access to the hotel amenities. (Additional fees apply for Spa services, Kids Club and the Restaurants as my condo is not part of the all inclusive meal/drink plan). You may purchase the all inclusive meal/drink plan for a fee. Cuisine Type: Sandwiches & Salads Hours: 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. LE BOUCHON Indulge your carnivorous craving with steak done just right along with menu choices for everyone’s taste. Open for dinner; reservations recommended. Cuisine Type: Steaks Dinner Hours: 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Reservations: Recommended PIERSIDE RESTAURANT Enjoy teppanyaki-style dining with Asian fusion inspired cuisine, Pier Side features a selection of delectable stir-fry options. Situated on a pier side, guests are treated to stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Open for dinner. A casual eatery offering a unique mix of Jamaican-inspired cuisine with Tex-Mex flair. Open for lunch. Cuisine Type: Jamaican & Tex-Mex Dining Hours: 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. THE LOBBY BAR Centrally located in the Club House, the Lobby Bar is at the center of social activity. Enjoy an expertly prepared tropical island concoction or a classic cocktail, fine wine, or beer, as well as a selection of small bites and tapas. Cuisine Type: Bar & Tapas Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. Tapas Menu: 5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. RUM RUNNER BAR Outdoor Swim-Up Bar. Specializing in Jamaica’s national liquor, rum. The Rum Runner Bar offers guests a variety of exotic island-inspired libations, as well as an assortment of beer, wine, and other cocktails. Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ORTANIQUE CAFÉ & JUICE BAR Located in the Grande Spa, Ortanique Café & Juice offers a delicious selection of healthy smoothies, freshly squeezed juices, international teas, salads, wraps, and light snacks. Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. SABAL CAFÉ Indulge in fresh pastries, gourmet espresso beverages and more in our cafes. Hours: 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Other things to note All restaurants and beach/pool grills have an a la carte menu where you can purchase food which will be charged to your credit card on file. I recommend the lavish breakfast buffet. However, if you are interested in purchasing an all meal/drink inclusive plan please email me immediately. House Keeping Fee: The hotel has a policy where they will charge an amount for each stay. It will post separately to your bill and is payable at the end of your stay.
