Due to its proximity to lake Ontario, it is usually 2-5 degrees cooler than inland cities or towns. Cash only The space This is an old style home with 8 foot ceilings and mature trees around. The second floor guest area has a full bathroom, small library and 2 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms ( room #1 $179 slightly larger with desk and computer, room #2 $155 ) and 1 shared bathroom. If you rent both rooms $308, bath becomes private. MAT, ABNB, GST taxes are built into these fees. If you intend to visit Sandbanks You need to make a reservation or DVP (daily vehicle pass ) Sunroom and deck on first floor, offer great sitting spaces for spring to fall usage. Guest access The second floor is exclusively for guests. There are 2 bedrooms (private with key ) and a shared full bathroom. There is also a small sitting room/library. On the main floor is the entrance hallway and living room with tv. Towards the rear is the dining room, owners quarters and kitchen During your stay In order of preference: email, text, phone. Speak to me in person when you are on site. While you are visiting I am here to help you get settled in and share knowledge of the area. Happy to sit chat with you over coffee or tea. Other things to note Rooms are upstairs so you must be able to climb up/down stairs on your own. I can help you with luggage. The guest areas are blocked from kitchen, dining and sunroom areas from 11pm to 7 am. Breakfast is served from 8-10 am in the dining room. Coffee and tea can be enjoyed on the front porch or in the sunroom with a newspaper or magazine. There are 2 folding bikes and 2 full size ones that I rent for a nominal fee $8/bike/day, see the photos. There is one Gotrax electric scooter with sufficient range to visit/return local vinyards $70/day. You must sign a waiver, wear a helmet and safety vest and be 18+ The kitchen has laundry service avaible for $8. Check with me first. I have a Siamese cat Boysie who is my cohost.
