Comfortable bed in a beautiful room in a clean, spacious and comfortable house. 1 Bath to share and patio. WiFi. THERE IS NO TV IN THIS ROOM. No cooking allowed in the kitchen. You may only use the microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There is no maid in the house so you have to leave anything you use in the same cleaning condition how you found it. Please don't park in the driveway, but you can use it for unload and load. Guest access Only light cooking is allowed in the kitchen. You may use the microwave, stove top, toaster and kettle. We provide a small amount of space in the refrigerator (half a shelf) where you can store some food of your own and you ll also have a cabinet to store dry ingredients as well as bread, cereal, etc. Other things to note Our motto is to let our guests lead the amount of interaction they wish to have with us. If staying more than a week, host will charge $15 per week for cleaning room and change of linens if requested.
