Fully furnished house with super comfortable hot water AC with private pool located within the Honduras Shores Plantation residential complex, with capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests, the price set here is for 3 guests and from the 4th guest you pay an additional fee per guest. It is located near the beaches of Tornave, about 20 minutes from downtown and the municipal beaches of Tela. Children 0-2 years old free Children 2-13 pay as an adult The space Beach house located within the residential complex in Honduras Shores plantation, a very private place with closed circuit and 24-hour security. You just have to bring your luggage and many desires to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house consists of 2 spacious rooms. The first room has a king bed and a double bed and the second room has 2 double beds and a king bed. Both rooms have a full private bathroom, and they have air conditioning. The house can accommodate up to 10 guests. There is also a half bathroom in the pool area. The pool is covered and has a large kitchen equipped with basic utensils plus a gas grill. Note: The rate shown is for 3 guests. After the 4th guest, an additional surcharge is paid. The house can accommodate up to 10 people. This accommodation is about 4 blocks from the beach and close to the lagoon. This house is located approximately 2 hours from Ramón Villeda Morales Airport, located in San Pedro Sula. Guest access They have access to the entire house🏠. If there are only 2-3 people, only one room will be opened, but they will always have the entire house and 1 room available. Other things to note The house is located within the Honduras Shores Plantation residential complex. In high season, the restaurant and club of Shores Plantation charge a fee for use of the complex, including use of the pool and facilities. NOTE I rent the entire house with basic kitchen utensils. It should be noted that the restaurant and complex is separate and they have their own entry policies since it is another administration. They normally charge an entrance fee and a fee for using the pool. I am not responsible if they have closed access to the beach due to an emergency caused by nature or force majeure, but there will always be free access in a passage or road that leads to the beach and is free for residents of Shores Plantation. *It is a completely safe area with 24-hour surveillance * The cleaning fee is for cleaning costs before and after the guest's stay, but if your stay is longer than a week, an additional cleaning will be included.
